Guide to Relaxation
Relaxation
is good for your body. If your stressed or can't
sleep at night, you can help that by relaxing.
When
you want to relax it's good to have no
interruptions. So you should pick a good time like
when you're at home and doing nothing.
Relaxation
is very easy; you just have to sit or lay in a
comfortable position and get all thoughts out of
your head. Don't think of anything.
When
you feel calm and are not thinking of anything,
start breathing in slowly, fill your lungs, then
hold for a couple of seconds and let it out slowly,
pushing all the air out of you lungs.
Just
think about your breathing whilst your doing it.
Breath in... hold... and then breath out are the
only things you need to think whist doing
relaxation.
Once
you feel relaxed, you should think of some good
things in your life. This will make you feel happy.
There
is no time limit on how long you should do
relaxation for. Just do it unit you feel good.

Tip: If you have any soft, calm, relaxing music,
you might like to play that in the background whilst
relaxing.
